Each precint is designed to have approximately 250 - 300 unit. A controlled number of units is to encourage creation of an efficient community through interactions. Each precint is also managable interm of security and safety. Each layout promote awareness and sense of belonging to community and secure environment. All of the precint is connected with a green belt that consist of pedestrian and cycling pathway. This is to promote a healthy lifestyle and interaction amongs precints. The path way connect to each other clubhouse and pokect parks all over the development. Precint 1 & 2 will have the view of the developing medini region due to its orientation towards the main Medini road. Precint 4 & 5 will have green view due to its orientation facing the forest reserve of medini. This include precint 7 due to its elevation and orientation. Precint 3 & 6 will have a premium view and water feature right their bakcyard. A pocket of public docks and man made beach is intergrated onto the design to provide more direct contact to water feature.
